Anchor Christian (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through anchorchristiancoop.org, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, optional phone number and your message.
- Employment application: the details you enter, such as your name, address, contact information, date of birth, education, work history, references, answers to background and faith questions, and the resume and certificate files you upload.
- Basic visit statistics: anonymous, aggregated information such as which pages are viewed, collected through Vercel Web Analytics without cookies.
We do not collect information from visitors who simply browse the site, beyond the anonymous statistics above.
How we use your information
- To reply to your questions and to communicate with your family about enrollment.
- To review employment applications, contact references and, if you are offered a position, complete the required background check.
- To keep the website working and understand which pages are useful.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
How your information is handled
Form submissions are not stored in a database on this website. They are sent by email to Anchor Christian’s leadership through our email delivery provider, Resend. We work with a small number of service providers only to run the site:
- Vercel hosts the website.
- Resend delivers form submissions to our inbox.
- hCaptcha helps protect the employment application from spam. It may collect information about your device and browser to tell people from bots.
- Google Maps shows our location on the Contact page and may set its own cookies when it loads.
Student applications are completed through a separate enrollment service linked from our Enroll page, which has its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep messages and applications only as long as needed for the purpose you sent them, such as answering your question, enrolling your student or making a hiring decision, and then delete them.
Children’s privacy
This website is intended for parents, guardians and job applicants. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the site.
Your choices
You may ask us to tell you what information we have from you, or to correct or delete it, by emailing anchorchristian.director@gmail.com.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
